Original uPatchi Bag

 At uPatchi we pride ourselves in the quality of our items. On the rare occasion an item is faulty, a refund will be granted. uPatchi do not offer refunds unless a product is faulty or damaged. Refunds will be given for any faulty items, or any other valid reasoning. Refunds take up to 30 working days to process.

uPatchi send all parcels via Royal Mail 1st Class. The manufacturing process of the bag takes up to a week once the consumer has posted the garments to uPatchi's headquarters. The whole product journey takes between 1-2 Weeks.
